Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of working experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or in an operational role.
3. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
4. Experience in sales, customer service, financial management, and inventory control.
5. Ability to set goals, drive results, and manage staff performance.
6. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
7. Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activities is an added advantage.
8. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
