- 1–3 years of working experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or in an operational role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in sales, customer service, financial management, and inventory control.
- Ability to set goals, drive results, and manage staff performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activities is an added advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
